Ms. Rundle concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation. Prior to becoming a partner at Rundle & Rundle, PLLC, Ms. Rundle was an attorney at Dakin and Benelli P.C. in Chester, Vermont representing both individuals and businesses.
Her litigation experience includes a wide variety of matters including commercial law, franchise law, real property litigation, business disputes, personal injury, landlord/tenant and contract disputes.
Ms. Rundle has successfully represented individuals, property and business owners, and franchisors at the trial level and appellate level. Ms. Rundle regularly appears in the Vermont Superior Court in the Civil, Environmental and Probate divisions, representing clients in a variety of legal matters. Ms. Rundle has also successfully argued several appeals before the Vermont Supreme Court.
Prior to moving to Vermont, Ms. Rundle was an attorney at the law firm of Genovese, Joblove & Battista in Miami, Florida, a large boutique law firm that provides legal services to clients throughout the country. Her primarily federal practice included franchise litigation, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation and business transactional law. Prior to that, Ms. Rundle was an attorney at the firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson, a large nationally recognized law firm. During her tenure at Hinshaw & Culbertson, Ms. Rundle concentrated her practice in the area of insurance defense and insurance coverage disputes.
Ms. Rundle is a member of the Vermont Bar and the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for Vermont. Ms. Rundle received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami. While in law school, she was an Associate Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida International University where she graduated suma cum laude.
